Offering some of the best expertise available combined with the ongoing research done by The Center for Advanced Materials Processing at Clarkson University, it’s easy to see why Drum Country is at the forefront of the industry.

The Center for Advanced Materials Processing (CAMP) at Clarkson University is dedicated to developing research in high-technology materials processing and is focused on meeting industrial needs. CAMP is committed to innovations in advanced materials processing and transferring this technology to business and industry. The center is proficient in the field thanks to the recognized expertise in colloid and surface science and fine particle technology. It receives support from the New York State Foundation for Science, Technology and Innovationfor research and operating expenses as one of 15 Centers for Advanced Technology (CATs). In addition, CAMP-related work receives several million dollars each year from the federal government and private industry.
